Goa Tour Package – Sun, Sand & Total Chill Vibes

Date:

Alright so lemme tell you straight – if you never been to Goa, you’re missing out big time. Beaches, cheap beer, loud music, and vibes that don’t exist anywhere else in India. No stress, no drama, just good times. So if you’re thinking abt going, this Goa tour package is kinda like all-in-one. You just go and relax, no need to plan everything.

I went Goa like 2 yrs back with my college friends, and broooo we had a blast. Still talk about it sometimes. Anyways here’s what u should know if ur booking a tour package for Goa.

Why Goa tho?

Okay first things first – beaches. Goa is full of them. Like, everywhere u turn there’s a beach. Some are crowded (Baga, Calangute etc.) and some are like quiet and peaceful (Palolem, Butterfly beach… so calm). U can go swim, tan, chill, whatever. Sit on sand, watch sunset with chai or beer. Simple joys.

And food man… FOOD! If u eat fish, you’ll love Goa. Fish curry rice, prawn fry, xacuti… it’s soooo tasty. Even veg food is nice. And drinks are way cheaper than other states. Like 100rs for a beer in shack? Can’t beat that.

Also the crowd is chill. Nobody cares what you wearing or doing. Everyone’s just vibing.

So what’s inside this Goa package?

Okay so most tour packages are like 3N/4D or 4N/5D. Some ppl stay longer but even 3-4 days is enough for a solid trip if you plan it right.

Here’s what the package usually gives:

✅ 1. Pick-up and drop (Airport/Railway)

You land in Goa, and they send a cab. No tension with taxis or asking directions. They drop you to hotel. Same when your trip ends – they drop you back to airport or train station.

✅ 2. Hotel or Resort Stay

Most packages include stay in a hotel or resort (3-star or 4-star types). Some are close to beach, like in Calangute or Candolim. South Goa has more peaceful ones. Room with AC, attached bathroom, WiFi and TV – basic stuff. Breakfast usually free. Don’t expect 5-star luxury but decent enough for sleep and chill.

✅ 3. Sightseeing (North & South Goa)

So there’s two parts of Goa basically – North and South.

North Goa tour: You visit Baga, Anjuna, Vagator beaches, Aguada Fort (famous), Chapora Fort (that Dil Chahta Hai fort). These places got music, crowd, activities. Fun but lil hectic.

South Goa tour: This one more chill. You go to Colva, Miramar, Dona Paula, Basilica church, Mangeshi Temple. Less noise, more relaxing. Some packages give this on Day 2 or 3.

✅ 4. Add-ons (if u want)

Wanna do more? Tell the agent to add stuff like:

  • Dudhsagar Waterfalls (massive waterfall, 1 full day trip)

  • Spice plantation visit

  • Cruise party on Mandovi river (includes music, dance, snacks)

  • Scuba diving / water sports (Banana ride, parasailing etc.)

  • Casino night – if you feel lucky

Some of these are not included by default, so you gotta ask or pay extra.

What’s not included? (read this pls)

Okay be careful with this part. Some packages don’t include lunch/dinner. Only breakfast. Also, entry fees to some places, personal shopping, and water activities – all that is extra. Always check before booking.

When’s the best time?

November to Feb is peak season. Weather is good. Not too hot. Crowd is fun. Dec end (like 25th to 1st Jan) is super crowded and expensive tho. Book in advance if u going during New Year.

March-May – hot AF. Not ideal but still okay if you stay near beach and don’t move around much.

June to Sept – monsoon. Rains a lot but looks beautiful. Green everywhere. Some shacks are closed, no water sports mostly. Good time for couples who want peace.

What to pack?

Simple:

  • Shorts, tshirts, flipflops

  • Sunglasses + cap

  • Sunscreen (trust me, you’ll thank me later)

  • Swimwear

  • Power bank

  • Light jacket (night breeze sometimes)

And don’t overpack. U won’t wear half of it lol.

Costs – how much is this gonna burn your wallet?

Tbh, Goa can be cheap or expensive depending on how u travel. This tour package, with hotel + sightseeing + pick/drop, usually costs around ₹8k–₹15k per person for 3N/4D.

If u go off-season, cheaper. If u stay in 5-star, obviously more.

Backpacker mode (hostel + rented scooty + eat local food) = u can do full trip under 6–7k. But if u want comfort, package is better.

Things to keep in mind (read this, don’t skip)

  • Carry your ID proof (hotel checkin needs it)

  • Don’t litter the beaches. Seriously. Keep Goa clean.

  • Be careful if you rent a scooty. Wear helmet. Cops are strict now.

  • Respect locals – Goa is chill but don’t misbehave or act rowdy.

  • Avoid too much drinking in sun – you’ll get sick lol

  • Don’t trust random people selling “stuff” on beach. Just don’t.

Final Thoughts

Bro/sis, if you’re tired of life, work, studies, whatever – take a break and go to Goa. Sun on your face, sand in your feet, music in your ears, and no one asking you questions. This Goa tour package makes it easy – just book and go.

Whether you’re going with friends, partner, family or even solo – Goa will not disappoint. Trust me.

So yeah. That’s it. Pack your bag, get your playlist ready, and say “bye” to stress for few days. Goa calling, you coming?
